This website is a fine arts photography website and includes areas where erotic fine art photography is displayed. Butz, Inc. was not designed to promote prurient interests. To protect you from viewing adult-oriented material without your consent, Butz, Inc. requires you to read and certify the following statements.

I agree that any and all proceedings relating to this site shall be maintained in the courts of the State of New York or the federal district courts sitting in New York, which courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for such purpose.

  9. I understand that by clicking on the acceptance link of the terms and conditions outlined above and entering this site, I have entered into a legal agreement with Butz, Inc. If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the enforceability of the other portions of this Agreement.
