First Solo Flight

Well, it's official. I have earned my wings and am now legal and able to fly in and out of one of New York's 2nd busiest airports, Islip (KISP) - Class C Airspace for those up on the lingo.

The hardest part of my solo? Turning on the "Mags and Master." I thought of a dozen ways to back out; but after I started to taxi to the runway, it was all very natural. My instructor is the best.
